EZ Loader Boat Trailer torsion hanger mounting bracket is for a single or tandem torsion axle trailers with composite fenders and have 13" wheels. It attaches to 2" wide frame with U-bolts. Include on torsion hanger brackets. Hardware is available, but NOT included.
